My honey, less than 90 days later has crystalized. It is kept about 74- 76 degrees. Ive had honey do this after a year or more, but not at 90 days! Unfortunate. We love the peach hot, incredible flavor. The price point is a bit high, but it is very good honey flavor and heat.
