So we waited for these products longer than we have waited for most. Packing was actually the worst I have ever seen- they came shoved into a tiny ball- I honestly thought someone was playing a joke on me. That said- the products are good! Let's give this team some grace on packing (get it together) and hope they can stay around to make good products at a reasonable price point.
