Olive leaves are a type of pasta typical of the Apulian tradition: with an elongated and particular shape, they recall the olive leaf, symbol of Puglia. Terre dei Trulli offers them in a colorful and flavored version with 5 flavors (tomato, red beetroot, spinach, turmeric, semolina). They do not contain dyes or preservatives, but only 100% natural ingredients. Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by artisanal processing and slow drying. Thanks to this process, we obtain a higher quality product that reproduces the excellent characteristics of fresh pasta: it does not cook and retains sauces and condiments.
