The grater dish is perfect for grating your garlic, ginger, etc but its large enough to grate tomatoes too. Plus you can mix in your olive oil and spices and dip directly into the dish due to its size. Process: * Each Luna dish is handcrafted on the potter’s wheel, altered then hand trimmed . Each piece is glazed in one our signature glazes. Materials: * A speckled brown stoneware clay. Durable, lead free glazes custom mixed in my studio.
