2015 vintage Taste: Saffron with fresher, grassy and red fruit aromas. Harvested in a unique way, the saffron flower is harvested when it is still closed, to protect the pistil from UV, dust, insects and direct or indirect rain (projection of sludge on the pistil). Saffron is then handled only with tweezers and scissors, without ever touching the pistils with the fingers. All this makes it possible to guarantee pure and unsoiled saffron. As with a wine, each vintage of Safran des Volcans will have its own aromas, although we remain on the same volcanic terroir. The aromas will evolve over time. Weight: 50mg
