I have placed many orders with Nikki Smith, and not only does she provide a high-quality product at a great price point which our customers love, her customer service is the best around. I have had very few problems with the jewelry, but the few I have had were taken care of immediately, easily and it was a seamless process. Always a pleasure to do business with her.
