Her product photos look amazing, but the products themselves lack greatly in quality. Many edges are smudged and blurred. Fulfillment of our order took many weeks past the estimated ship date and we had to message several times requesting our items. Products were sent in two shipments, weeks apart, without any explanation. Now we have seasonal products we can't return that probably won't sell due to poor quality and missing our desired time frame. Both packages came poorly packed and boxes torn.

I was excited to receive this signs based on the product photos. I was counting on them to arrive for my fall open house, however they were shipped late so they didn’t arrive on time. Once they arrived, I was disappointed in the quality of several signs. The lines aren’t crisp and the print on one of the signs was noticeably crooked. Mistakes were corrected with a noticeable blob of paint. I returned the worse signs. I understand it’s the busy season, however quality shouldn’t suffer.
