Most of the items came in good shape and on time. I had made a large order, and out of that order one item came in damaged and one item was missing that I was charged for. I messaged BI the same day and so far received no response. It’s been over 3 days. Earlier I had a question on a delivery date and received an answer within 24 hours. No answer on damaged and missing item.

We seem to turn to Benjamin often for our needs because they just never seem to disappoint! Plus they are always on top of their turn around time; from the time that you place your order to the time they tell you that they will get your shipment out to the time it actually arrives to you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Better yet your customers will be delighted at the prices and you will be rewarded with the sales!

Customers love their products and we are currently flipping an entire room in our store to set a THEME for THIS. VERY. VENDOR. I just can’t recommend these fine folks enough. My two cents.
