Our Osmanthus tea (Osmanthus tea) is a non-fermented tea, harvested in the mountains of Mae Salong, which was then kept under vacuum. A real stop in time for this rare tea! Its strength of character and its aromatic power is expressed in its intense yellow liquor, exceptionally soft. There are slightly sweet, even fruity notes (apricot). Osmanthus flower also brings a smell and taste very similar to jasmine. Weakly oxidized, it is a oolong tea quite similar to a green tea.
