One of the most elemental and pleasing scented green teas. Our jasmine green starts with the finest full leaf Chinese tea leaves picked in the early Spring. After the leaves are harvested, partially processed and held until the jasmine flowers start to blossom in the late spring. The tea leaves are then laid on a bed of jasmine flowers where they pick up delicate floral and tropical fruit notes. The tea is then separated from the jasmine flowers and finished. We love this tea hot or iced and find it to be a delicious way to enjoy the benefits of green tea for any occasion. Intense floral aromas of (wait for it...) JASMINE give way to notes of tropical fruits. Medium bodied and lightly caffeinated this tea has a rich buttery mouthfeel and a smooth pleasing finish. Per serve: We suggest 5 grams per 12oz water.
