We selected Muscovy duck for its tasty meat, with a tighter fiber. The meat is slowly fried for 15 hours with Guérande salt and black pepper. It is then crumbled by hand and seasoned with candied orange and Voatsiperifery wild pepper. No additives or preservatives. Guaranteed 100% poultry.
