About JACUTERIE
JACUTERIE is an artisanal charcuterie company in the Hudson Valley of New York. Founded in 2012 by Jack Peele at Herondale Farm with a mission to create delicious cured meats for our family farm. In addition to partnering with some of the top charcuterie facilities in New York, we also operate our own USDA inspected facility, where we specialize in European style dry cured salami, whole muscle charcuterie, and small batches of fresh sausages. While we take our inspiration for flavors from across the globe, all our products are made locally in the Hudson Valley, sourcing our meats and other ingredients from as many local sources as possible, including our own farm.

Everything we ordered tastes great and shipped quickly. My only concern is the shelf life. The listing says 6-12 months but on the packaging, most of my order say end of march and end of April and I only purchased at the beginning of February. My hopes is that they'll be purchased before then or else I'll have to remove them.
