I love all the products and the packaging. The fulfillment speed wasn't that good. It took about 2 weeks to get my order. But, everything else is very good.

Placed a very large order and 3 titanium flat irons were missing. Went to contact the seller and didn’t receive a reply, customer service replaced the order and the seller cancelled the order stating out of stock. It would’ve been nice to let me know prior to shipping my order so I can replace my items seeing there’s a minimum order amount. Highly disappointed. Still no reply from the seller about possibly fixing this.

Awesome product. It feels a little too heavy though, because at times I feel that it may tilt over due to the weight of the dryer it self. It must be stationed behind a chair high enough to support the weight of the dryer
