Simply empty the wheat & lavender into a bowl & once the outer bag & liner have been washed and dried thoroughly, can be re-assembled Safe to warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer Using an 800w microwave: Gently warming: high for 1 minute Hotter: high for 2 minutes Please note hearing times may vary depending on your microwave Once heated handle with care as the bag may be extremely hot.
