Wholesale Knitted “Arles sausage”

A little stuffed, certainly, but so funny. We are very attached to the Arles sausage, it was the first sausage made by Maison Cisson, and with its pretty cream beige wool, it goes with everything. Maison Cisson continues today the tradition of Arles sausage in a very personal version 100% pure knit. Its traditional stringing is made with a white cotton food rope. It was imported to Arles in 1655 by the Arlesian charcutier Godart. Of a gray cylindrical shape, and a weight of about 300 grams in its charcutière version, it has a length of 15 to 20 centimeters.
