The Founders Jackie Piper and Victoria Whitbread have a shared love of colour and material exploration. Discovering an old colour dictionary in a thrift shop began a journey to re-establish this long, forgotten brand. A treasure trove of colour and rich history, revived in 2017; first established in 1931. All our designs are created in-house in London and have a Fair Trade, sustainable or eco provenance.

Everything about BCS is outstanding. I love the products and how fast they came as well as how much care was taken with packaging. Glass plates, candlestick holders and lots of candles arrived perfectly intact. The candles are wonderful! I am very pleased and excited to have BCS here in our store!
