The resulting grain-like material adds a boost of flavour and nutrition to your baked goods. Turn your regular bread into bread fortified with iodine and umami! Simply add a little extra moisture to your dough, and enjoy the organic seaweed goodness. Shelf life: 5 years from date of production. Often good after. Storage: Room temperature and dry.
