Ethiopia is often credited as the birthplace of the coffee plant and coffee culture. According to legend, a 9th-century goat-herder discovered the coffee plant after noticing the energizing effect the plant had on his flock. This region is one of our favorites because of Africa’s rich history, perfect growing climate and unique flavor profiles it delivers. Roasted in Southern California; we developed and mastered the combination of time and temperature to perfection. This process showcases the highest quality Ethiopian coffees and pays homage to BUBS’ connections to the region. The result is BUBS third coffee, The Wanted - Single Origin.
