Gluing is required. ★ What do you need from home? ★ Wood stain and/or paint ★ Glue (hot glue gun, super glue, or E6000) I prefer super glue. ★ Paint Brush(es) ★ Rope, Twine, or Ribbon to hang (if required) Our wood blanks are laser cut out of 1/4" wood unless otherwise posted. Great product and packaged well for shipment. I would prefer a packaging more for retail sale of the unfinished kits. I will probably reorder but only to finish myself and sell as a finished design.
