Description
Mrs Anderson's Baking Heart Embossing Rolling Pin adds decorative detail to cookies, fondant, and other baked goods with clean, consistent results. Laser-etched with a detailed heart pattern, it easily imprints chilled dough for beautifully embossed treats that stand out for everyday baking, holidays, and special occasions. Crafted from solid European beechwood, this specialty rolling pin is fitted with electroplated iron ball bearings for smooth, controlled rolling and long-lasting performance. The finely detailed barrel transfers the pattern evenly onto shortbread dough, sugar cookie dough, gingerbread dough, and fondant. To use, roll dough flat with a traditional rolling pin, then roll the embossing pin over the surface to create the design. Ideal for decorative cookies, shortbread, fondant accents, and other creative baking projects using homemade or store-bought dough. For best results, use chilled dough and lightly flour the surface before embossing.
