The seller is great, I have no issue with them. The mugs are just terrible quality. 6 arrived broken and 5 more chipped just by hand washing them. I’ve thrown all but one of them away. I can’t sell these as the customer would be very unhappy. I think if you look at these mugs the wrong way they’ll chip. It’s a shame because they’re really cute otherwise.
