They were poor with genuine responses when the products we received were very underwhelming and wouldn't do anything to fix it. On top of that we were promised free shipping and had to pay for shipping as well ($266). I do not recommend working with them, the products aren't worth it especially for the price and the customer service was awful. I would expect better care for a first time customer spending $1300.
