Spent over $2,000 on items and they came WET not dry at all. My clothing, the tables and everything was stained and will not come out. Everything was stained. The stands were to big on the ends to fit into the items. Some items had broken pieces of wood and chunks missing. I contacted the seller and I was told they would not replace it until I boxed it up and sent it back. Thank goodness Faire refunded the money for the items. AWFUL I will NOT purchase from them again.

Placed my first order with them packages arrived in a timely manner, however one item was damaged during shipping and two of the items were missing from my packages. Contacted support on Faire and requested replacements for these items. White Elephant simply refused to process the replacement items and cancelled the new invoice. While they may have good products they have no appreciation for their customers
