The products are lovely and good quality, speedy shipping ... but most of the products were dusty and dirty, even those in boxes. Plastic packaging such as the owl mirrors that are displayed in their boxes had scratches on the plastic. Cardboard sleeves were bashed. Magnets had marks. Ceramics not fully covered in bubble wrap. Just lots of little things but I want my products to be perfect on the shop shelf not have to waste time cleaning new products or marking some as seconds.
