Lonza is the perfect combination of lean and fat with a smooth texture. This is a case of 2-4 whole Lonza, each weighing in at just over 2 lbs and individually vacuum sealed. Total case weight will be 6.5 - 7 lbs. These are perfect for a deli, restaurant, or cheese shop with slicing capabilities.
