The products look nice in the photo, but some of the handles were breaking at the seam and the line between the gloss and ungloss part of the mug was very rarely straight. I was disappointed in the quality and consistency of the pottery for the price. It did take a long time to clear customs. I will likely not order again.

The shipping was way faster than I expected. The items in person are somehow even better than the already beautiful product pictures. Everything is packaged to travel long distance in shipping and even ready to go (for shipping) for an online store like mine. (no need to find extra boxes to ship with). 5 stars all around. Definitely will be back for more.
