I am not writing this review because of the product.I love their stuff,in fact we want to order more,but after one of our orders getting canceled then another going missing and neither Faire nor earth and salt take responsibility they just keep pushing us to the “chat” which is confusing and unresponsive it is still unclear if we’ve been refunded for the missing order and the shipping.Would love to order directly as Faire as been unreliable and confusing - miss the old days when you had reps 😭
