I ordered two 16-inch solid gold chains. I received two 15-inch solid gold chains. Sure, I got 15/16 of the way there, and I probably could have accepted this if it were gold filled. But when considering the price of solid gold, getting short-changed by one inch is not nothing. This was my first experience with this company, and I think it will be my last. If I have to get out a tape measure to verify that I received what I paid for, that's not the kind of business relationship I can abide.

Ordered from this brand a couple times. Always happy with what I receive. They have pieces that range in both price and quality just like anybody else. If you want the highest quality pieces, it is silly to expect rock bottom prices. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.
