Ordered on the 4th with 2-6 TAT. Finally got update on 15th after messaging brand on the 11th and again that morning and also messaging Faire, that they had been at trade shows for two weeks and my order still wouldn't ship till the 20th. Was denied a discount for order as well. All could have been avoided by brand putting themselves on pause if they weren't going to be fulfilling orders for two weeks. Items arrived on the 22nd so did arrive quickly once shipped.
