Almost 1/5 of my cocoa bombs arrived broken. Packing was messy and unprofessional. Cocoa was leaking from the box. The vendor took almost two weeks to reply, and only after I found her shop phone number on Google and left a voicemail. In the meantime Faire stepped in to create the replacement order on my behalf. The replacement was never fulfilled, the vendor stopped communicating, and Faire had to step in again to cancel and refund me for all the broken pieces. Will not be ordering again.

We were very pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish. The cocoa bombs are literally identical to our homemade bombs; being able to order from Denise will save us a considerable amount of time. Thank you for a superb product!

This photo presents a beautiful product. That is NOT what arrived at our store -- more than 2 weeks late. The chocolates looked faded (read: aged) and the packaging is beyond subpar for the price of the product. Very disappointed.
