Feeding station for small dogs The two porcelain bowls for dry and wet food (0.4 liters each, approx. Ø 12 cm) are fixed to a solid olive wood base. The dog cannot remove the trays from the base when eating. For cleaning, the trays can of course be lifted off the pedestal very easily by humans. The base is approx. 30 — 35 cm long and approx. 15 cm wide. 100% natural! We have completely avoided the use of artificial wood protection. Through multiple treatments with olive oil, the wood is sustainably protected against dirt and moisture. There are anti-slip pads on the bottom for a secure footing, so that the entire feeding station cannot “wander” when eating.

But I have repeatedly had to complain about transport damage. However, the complaint process has always worked smoothly. Please don't skimp on the shipping packaging, better to use an extra layer of bubble wrap than too little. I reuse it for shipping to the end customer, so there's no material waste. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the processing, and so are my customers.

Unfortunately, two dog bowls were broken in the first delivery. The complaint process worked flawlessly. Guido and his team responded quickly and increased the padding in the second delivery. Unfortunately, parcel services are not always very careful, so no blame there. Therefore, there are 5 stars to give. I will definitely order again.
