I have been serving for years from Vincotto Calogiuri, their vincottos and balsamics are exceptional, the ones aged in oak barrels for 8 and 12 years from negroamaro grapes are wonderful, the 6-year aged fig balsamic is spectacular. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the variety of packaging choices and combinations of balsamics with fruit (pomegranate, cherries, blackberries... etc.) and for the superb company organization, SPECIAL mention to GIANNI.
