The so-called Australian rosemary, native to the coastal areas of New South Wales, is a flowering shrub with a rounded shape and dense gray-green evergreen foliage. It produces small white or pink, honey-producing flowers from spring until autumn arrives, and even throughout the year in some regions, although in smaller quantities. It tolerates up to -7° (zone 9), so it can thrive in much of Spain. It is not affected by salty sea air or wind, making it perfect for coastal gardens.
