We love the cookies and so do our customers, but unfortunately we didn't get all the cookies we ordered which was around 174 we were missing the happy birthday cookies, on our end we waited longer than 14 days to report the missing cookies, we have just been so busy and hadn't had time to reach out, we were not able to get refunded or replace the cookies so unfortunately we did have to leave a 1 star due to the lack of receiving the cookies and losing money on cookies we didn't get.
