This transfer can be used on 100% cotton, 100% polyester or cotton / polyester blend shirt or product. Instructions: *Must use a commercial heat press! Do not use an iron or Cricuit press. You must have even pressure and temperature (your heat press should be difficult to open and close, but not impossible to open or close.
