I ordered the "Personalized XL clear toiletry bag" the picture had the word "GLAM". I received clear bags with no writing, only to find out in the fine print it says " bag only". I am super bummed as I have to now find a way to sell them in my store. The word "personalized" means the bag is already personalized. It should say "able to be personalized"
