Ordered on May 19. Alleged 'processing' June 13 after I requested to cancel the order. Then set a ship date for June 17. It was not shipped. Changed the ship date to July 12. It only shipped at the end of July because I involved Faire. I received it today, August 1 and returned it without opening the box. Save your terms and order from a company that's not this.

I ordered the "Personalized XL clear toiletry bag" the picture had the word "GLAM". I received clear bags with no writing, only to find out in the fine print it says " bag only". I am super bummed as I have to now find a way to sell them in my store. The word "personalized" means the bag is already personalized. It should say "able to be personalized"
