We had a hiccup in my order (at no fault of Jade by Janes- it was actually a Faire issue) and Jade by Jane helped me resolve the issue, expedited my shipping to help me with my launch time, Shipping was fast, items were neatly organized, everything was how it was described and looks in the pics. I am beyond happy and Jade by Jane will definitely be a staple in my boutique!
