They offer great customer service who is always keeping me in the loop of things. It took some time to receive my shipment, but it was worth the wait. The products exceeded my expectations. You must see them in person to have a true appreciation for these cute critterz! One item was missing in my order and I made customer service aware of this. I am sure it will be resolved without any hassle whatsoever. Several things were on backorder as well, but I am no hurry. Great and honest company.
