Half of the pink ginger soda that we ordered was VERY close to the "sell by" date, and a SIGNIFICANT portion of the lemon candy arrived broken and torn open/loose within the 5-lb bag, so it was clearly packed broken/loose. We understand that mistakes happen, but for a first-time order with a new company, we are disappointed.

Expecting a ship date and with no communication it was delayed. Asked about it and they were out of 25% of my items and had a truck coming in and would ship after that. Candy arrived damaged and melted and I understand that is the shipping company but just made for a worse experience
