This seller is motivated when it comes to customer service. There were a couple of issues with our order initially but I contacted TRU. Upon initial contact it was clear customer service was very important to the company. They quickly corrected the issue and within two days I had the fix in my hands. I recieved a hand written thank you card in the mail. The product is also very good. You can't loose with a good product and well above average customer service, WTG TRU!!!!!
