One pair of ouija planchette ear weights. These ear weights are lightweight at approx 14 grams each so shouldn't stretch your ears with wear. However, if you're concerned about the possibility of stretching your ears further we'd recommend wearing them for short periods of time. A minimum of a 5mm stretched ear is required to wear these weights.
