We do love Designs by Deekay and they are a brand we order from regularly. The products are great with a fair value. However, the reason for one star lost is due to their shipping practices. I almost always end up with a damaged item or five. Though they do make it right, you have to be the one to remember and keep on them about it, or they will forget! That being said, it is not a deterrent to their brand and we will continue ordering.
