We've carried Loog for years. Love the guitars, gig bags, straps, everything. This was the first time to order anything from Faire so was not expecting the enormous freight charge on my Loog order. It was so high that I will probably not be reordering especially since they sell direct to the consumer and charge zero freight. Very disappointed and actually shocked when I saw the invoice. They were shipped in a timely manner and in good condition.
