I ordered earrings from this seller, and most of the items arrived fine, but two pairs were a completely different item than what we ordered. We requested a refund, and then received a very rude and angry message from the seller about why the item was wrong (I sent her a picture), and demanded that we return the item (which I am happy to do), and never once apologized for the mistake. She then called our business & left angry messages for my front desk staff. Won't be using this seller again.
