Lovely products and very nice people but their service could be greatly improved. I placed an order for throws and baby blankets on August 20 and the last of these items are currently scheduled for delivery by November 24...that is 14 weeks by my reckoning. The rest of the order came in bits, a total of six different deliveries in total. I wonder if this was the reason for the high delivery charge of £45 which equates to almost one and a half throw in value - too much for a small business.
