As with all our scone mixes, just add a cup of heavy cream, pat the dough to about an inch thick, and cut into wedges. In about 16 minutes, you’ll be pulling golden, tender scones from the oven—ready to enjoy! Hand Crafted in small batches in Ailey, GA. Made to order – 1 year shelf life. Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, calcium sulphate), sugar, crystallized ginger (ginger root, cane sugar), ginger ground, crystallized lemon (citric acid, lemon oil, lemon juice). The mixes are packaged beautifully. The first day we had a tasting with the raspberry white chocolate scones and the shortbread. By the end of the day we had sold through almost all of them! We have already reordered.
