Our PORCINI OLIVE OIL is made from olives and porcini mushrooms crushed and extracted together, as well as porcini mushrooms infused directly into the oil. This double manufacturing process gives it aromas of porcini mushrooms, mushrooms, and undergrowth. This finishing oil pairs wonderfully with fresh pasta, risotto, duck breast, scrambled eggs, carpaccio, or a rocket and walnut salad.
