Pack Size: 5 lb Minimum Order Quantity Loins: 5/7 lb Loins / Skinless / Fully Trimmed Can Ship Fresh or Frozen Suggestions: Master case = 30 lbs, about 4-5 loins We suggest ordering 30 lb master cases If you order 5 lbs, we will try and find one small loin. If not we will cut from a slacked loin and send a 5 lb fresh cut.

review coming from a maryland'r, for a cake that was shipped frozen, thawed, and then cooked - it is WAAAAAAAAYYYYY beyond our expectations. i would happily forgo the work to make my own and switch to these bad boys. can't wait to offer them to our customers!
