Our cured sausages are carefully selected and delivered without individual packaging in food-grade boxes. This approach reflects our commitment to reducing waste. For take-out sales, perfectly suitable kraft bags are also available. Recognized expertise and unparalleled quality With nearly 30 years of experience, our partner is a leading player, known for its cured products that combine tradition and innovation. Each sausage is cured in our workshops in Lille, by the MALECOT group (ESAT des Papillons Blancs). This process ensures a dry quality and optimal shelf life (best before date). Perfect for bars, wine shops, and delicatessens, this sausage will delight lovers of authenticity and quality.
